Brome-Missisquoi Youth Foundation

The Houses of Hope

The Houses of Hope are group homes for children at risk. The Brome-Missisquoi Youth Foundation built the homes between 1998 and 2008 with funds bequeathed by Mme Contat for children and youth in the region.

The Foundation owns and maintains the three houses, and pays the insurance and taxes.

The Foundation contracts with the CIUSS-Estrie CHUS, Brome-Missisquoi Adolescent and Youth Services, and the board of The Living Room who provide the services for the resident youth.
